I’ve always been a fast eater – eat between & during work calls, just before bed – even one bite more than my body tells me it’s full – I used to start feeling uneasy. I’ve used these Triphala tablets since the past 10 days and all I can say is I feel much lighter – the bloating is gone (this is an aid – I started working on watching what I eat as well) – I like that these are non-habit forming – so definitely keeping these as a part of my routine.
