The refrigerator looks very good the design is above standards but there are some quality issues with the product
1) only 2 sides and door edges head up one side always cool due to which there is a cooling issue
2) after using the product for 2 days I noticed less or medium cooling in all compartments even if the refrigerator was set to full capacity.
3) The compressor keeps on running and doesn’t stop at all.

I purchased the Whirlpool refrigerator three months ago on Oct 4/24 for ₹22,500, and overall, the experience has been a mixed bag. Here’s my detailed review:

1. **Performance:** The cooling is excellent and matches the claims. It operates efficiently, and I noticed a significant reduction in my power bill – even lower than the consumption of a CFL bulb, as advertised.

1. **Noise:** The fridge occasionally makes a slight noise when intaking power, but it’s not too disturbing.
2. **Manufacturing Defect:** The refrigerator wobbled a bit at the base, which seems like a manufacturing issue. I resolved it using a thermocol piece, but this shouldn’t be expected in a new appliance.
3. **Damage on Arrival:** There was a minor dent on the left top back corner when the refrigerator arrived. While it doesn’t affect its functionality, it’s disappointing for a new purchase. I contacted customer support multiple times, but no resolution or compensation was provided.
**Customer Service Issues:**
The most frustrating aspect was the free installation service. Despite Whirlpool’s promise, no technician visited for over a month. After repeated complaints, they simply confirmed my details over a call, marked the installation as completed, and never showed up.
**Suggestions for Buyers:**
If you find this model in an offline store for a price difference of ₹1,000–₹2,000, I’d recommend purchasing offline to avoid the hassle of unresponsive online service.

Bought 270L around 25K it was a good deal. Product is good. Have to order 2nd fridge coz the first order was damaged hence I returned it.
Whirlpool technician came immediately and gave demo. Perfect for 4 to 5 members 3BHK house. Quality is OK. No LED white light still old yellow light. Bought Whirlpool Stabilizer for 2K sold by Whirlpool technician.

Recently bought the 270L Unit of this model and so far no complaints. The refrigerator is working fine, slight heating on one side of the fridge but that’s okay I guess. A screw in the upper section inside the fridge was loose which I tightened and the ice tray has support clamp below it which is slightly broken but nothing to worry about. The 270L unit is BIG in size like it’s bigger than all the family members 😄. Looks great from front after peeling of the plastic lamination.
