Product is really nice but it is oversize on our bedsize . So we want to replace it .

1. Marketing- they market this as luxury bounce mattress like in hotel. Actually my dream is to buy mattress like in hotel so I choosed this product over others

2. Rating it has high rating and won seo of amazon

3. I purchased this for least price ever in amazon but still I choose to return and wont buy anymore

Reasons

I purchased two, for me and for my brother we both are young age 20 – 25 while going through review I found some reviews they mention don’t buy this if you have back pain
So I thought this back pain will come only to old age and we also dont have any kind of pain

At 1 st day of using we had back pain and we also ignored it because its new bed so it will be some
But after using it for 1 week we discussed that we both haven’t sleept for 1 weeks and we had extreme pain but they will try to convince you that it take 1 month to form get adapted but it wont. after 1 month you cannot return 🤣🌝
In website they mentioned 27 days but trust me people used for long still has back pain extreme

Cons :
Even though you have healthy body this will cause back pain for sure

Your not going to have good sleep you will wakeup at middle of sleep

Customer service: worst customer support you will get this from brand , literally worst worst ever I know

according to other reviews I found it may have sagging problems soon but for 1 week this issue I couldn’t find

Pros :

Bouncing is too good I mean you can enjoy bouncing with your partner 🌝

If you dont use bed protector you wont get heat problems but if you use protector this gonna heat up like hell

I feel this pocket spring blocking my motion while sleeping which feels like your locked into bed you cant move or adujust and it also start to put ur body deep into mattress

In short like they said its bouncy but no use since it doesn’t give ur proper sleep

I was looking mattresses for my hotel. I came across this mattress, was very confused as I wanted bouncy mattrese for my hotel. When it arrived, it was exactly like how I wanted. Medium bouncy, not too much bouncy where one can’t sit properly. Comfort is great while sleeping that’s what my customers say. Overall perfect item for mid range budget.
