Good product – poor support including on their toil free number.
Singer machine is good. No issues – I would like to buy it, if there is improvement and courtesy at their toll free number.
First time, I had to return because of missing part.
Second time, I had to return as Demo person/Repair person is at Jallandhar.
He does not seem to be very enthusiastic and responsive.- infarct, he said,” I don’t care – you can return the machine”..
From such a person, what after sale service can be expected.
Calling up toll free number of Singer was equally bad experience.

Very good machine with all necessary features for routine and above routine requirements such as embroidery. Features such as Lit up stiching area and easy thread passing through needle are particularly useful/handy for elder people. People with prior experience on manual machines will find this very portable and easy to adapt / learn. Highly recommended model choice for upgrading from manual to automatic.

Habe 1- Nähmaschine Singer Talent 3321 bei Amazon bestellt u. erhalten.Aben ich war sehr negatif überrascht das der Stecker des Gerätes nicht in Europa Norm ist sowie die Gebraucheinweisung nur in Englich ist -Schliesslich habe das Gerät in und für Deutschland bestellt.Für der Stecker gibt so oder so ein Lösung aber für Gebraucheinweisung ,habe kein Übersetzer zu Hand .Dahier bitte Sie mir 1 schnell zu organisieren,

Esta máquina de coser no es de alta gama; no hace bordados complicados. Es sencilla y funciona. Hace ojales, zig-zag etc. Me gusta el sistema de enhebrar la aguja.
El manual de instrucciones viene en holandés, pero se puede descargar el PDF en el idioma que quiere e imprimirlo para que lo tenga a mano por si acaso.
Espero que dure los 20 años que duró mi última máquina Singer.

I ordered this machine when I was in USA. I just came to my parents home and set it up. When I set it up, I realized there is something wrong with the machine. The belt is not working, and it is not catching the wheel.
This machine have a very small return window. Be very careful. Now I don’t know what to do with the broken machine.

The side thread cutter is also very useful
The only negative point is the automatic threader just flies up half of the time and is difficult to use. Takes a shorter time just manually threading the machine.
