Now Cons : (I think Panasonic Should Note them)
1 Installation (it was done by Unprofessional Person which even don’t know how to hole in wall, don’t know how to fit the ODU stand WORST EXPERIENCE WITH INSTALLATION).
2 Indoor Unit is Small comparing 1.4 tons and outer Unit
3 There is no button in remote for switch off the Light
4 No Warranty Card in The Parcel.
Conclusion : You can consider this AC without any problem, it’s good according to price, but please focus every point while installer Installating the AC.

It’s a very good and looks very durable and performance is perfect. It’s can cool the a 150 to 200 sq feet room which is not facing direct sun light. Having few little issues. 1. It’s remote is too small size and person having big palm and thick finger always find difficult to push right button special in night while sleeping. 2 it’s display light makes room full of light in night those who preferred to sleep in complete dark may feel not good. 3. There should be separate person for installation and demo. Because after doing work of installation for three to five hours person don’t feel comfortable for demo

Edited Review – There was no copper tube in the box and I had to pay additional 3500 to the installation engineer. Post sharing installation invoice for the same , amazon refunded me 3500, amazon is simply best!!!

Product is good but i got half of the free copper pipe..i registered my complain to amazon and firsty they said sir we are initiated a return..then i said that i am waited for this delivery for 1 week and now after the 8 days of delivery you said we initiated return..the summer season is on its peack and then the amazon tech team member told me you can install the ac and after installation you have to written the missing pipe note on the final job sheet of your installation so we can refund the missing pipe amount to you..after the installation i call to amazon again and i don’t believe they said to me(hamare yaha aisa koi procedure nhi hota apko kisi ne jhoot bola hoga hum refund nhi karte bus return karte hai..)the lady talk to me very rudely and disconnect the line…after some time i call again and the i got resolution and they said yes there is a note on your order the copper pipe is missing so refund can be done…i am very very disappointed by amazon…the installation of panasonic is very very bad..they cut the free wires about 1 m and use their wire for charging extra money…they also broke my fiber sheet on terrace of cost rs 1000….very very bad experience 😭😢😓
