Mouse generates scroll wheel issues after a few months of use. The warranty seems good on surface lasting 2 years. However to be able to use that warranty you need to visit a service which for some people (like me) is situated over an hour away. It would cost you more than the cost of the mouse just to get to the service center. The “amazing” support team took an hour just to relay this information to me while telling me to do the same troubleshooting procedures again and again.

Thr mouse worked perfectly fine, I bought it on 4th Feb 2024, In just a little over 1 year the mouse wheel started to scroll drift. I thought it was dust or something caught in it so cleaned the area and it worked for 2 days before going back to the same. If you dont mind buyinf a new mouse every year or two then this can be a good option

I have bought 2 of these mouses. They are as advertised, completely customizable, with very high DPI and cool color changes. However, being a relatively costly mouse, I expect them to be of a better quality. The 1st once mis-functions within 2 years, while the second one (bought Jan 2025) misfunctions in April (right click not working). Got it replaced under warranty, but did not expect this degradation of quality from Logitech. Compared to these HP gaming RGB mouses are far cheaper and almost equally good.
