Very good performance, handy and quick operations,smart looks. Size and wattege fit for small family,value for money.
French fry, nun, pizza, crispy fries all are achievable with minimum effort.
Just one grilled rack would have been better if supplied with product .

This air fryer is not very Sophisticated and has very simple features and a good touch panel easy to use.
Sometimes cooking with an aluminium foil will be better rather than the given plate so that it makes it easier to wash

after using the product for only 4-5 times the fan stopped working in the device and then when contacting the customer service i faced the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER of my life. even though i have registered online for extended 6 months warranty at the time of purchase they want me to redo registration process, after that they tell you to send images of products as follows :-

As per our telephonic conversation, we request you to share the below details to proceed further with your query:
●Invoice in PDF format
●Serial Number
●Picture of product from different angles
●Short video of 30 seconds
Note: In the video, You need to connect any electronic item(For, Ex-Mobile Device) with a socket to show the power supply, then connect the actual product with the socket & show us the issue you are facing and make sure the video should be unedited.

after this when you call them they make you wait on long hold to check all the photos and details and the long hold are more then once in a phone call.
after this they only tell you they have escalated the matter and you will hear from them in 24-48 hours so even after 7-8 days of the above procedure you still don’t know what is going to happen and what action they are going to take.
the whole above experience makes you feel as if they are treating you like some criminal or cheat. When i voiced my opinion to the customer care person on the phone he became very rude to me
now they say that i need to pack the product at my own cost send them the picture and once they approve the picture they will give a resolution.
Hence this is the worst experience for me and urge all not to buy any product of this company in future unless you want to have the same bad experience
