Hello guys,
AC – 10 Ft. Copper Pipes 1/2″ & 1/4″ with Insulation & Wire was missing from the box.
The box was open by the IFB Service person.
DO NOT BUY FROM DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED SELLER AND ALSO DO NOT BUY IFB PRODUCT.
No support received from IFB.

My second IFB AC. Really good cooling. Absolutely no voice inside. Value for money
Installation procedure was the only issue. I don’t like paying 1200 plus taxes just for hanging it. When I asked the people to get the right connection of power plug they denied saying it’s not their work. So I did not ask them to get extensio wire or anything else and asked them to leave.Oyr home electrician as usual cam ein and did all the remaining work neatly and took far less amount

मैंने हाल ही में IFB ब्रांड का AC खरीदा था, उम्मीद थी कि एक बड़ी कंपनी की तरह इसकी सर्विस भी प्रोफेशनल होगी। लेकिन मेरा अनुभव काफी निराशाजनक रहा। जब AC इंस्टॉल करने के लिए रीजनल लेवल के सर्विस प्रोवाइडर और टेक्नीशियन आए, तो उन्होंने अपना काम बिलकुल भी ढंग से नहीं किया।
सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह रही कि AC का आउटडोर यूनिट सही तरीके से इंस्टॉल नहीं किया गया, और कई बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद किसी ने समय पर रिस्पॉन्स नहीं दिया। टेक्नीशियन न तो समय पर आते हैं, न ही अपने काम को गंभीरता से लेते हैं।
एक बड़ी ब्रांड होने के बावजूद IFB की लोकल सर्विस टीम बहुत ही गैर-जिम्मेदार और अनप्रोफेशनल है। जब हम ग्राहक पैसे देकर ब्रांडेड प्रोडक्ट लेते हैं, तो हम क्वालिटी और सर्विस की उम्मीद करते हैं, लेकिन यहाँ ऐसा कुछ नहीं मिला।
