In only 2 months the headrest has broken from the joint itself. Not sure how long the other movable parts will hold on. No warranty support either. Better to pay more and get warranty on other brands.

Chair was very good..
But due to manufacturing defect I have to return and can’t use but looks very good and bill quality super..minor manufacturing defect I have to return I can’t use so I cannot say about comfort alignment functionality and yes is ideal used for office and home

The chair is good but definitely not the best for the price, it’s decent at best. Moving the headrest and armrest is like driving through a road full of potholes(a very bad experience) . The quality of plastic is not that good either, however it is comfortable, it’s not very heavy and easy to assemble, height adjustment is quite easy and good, flexible enough to work for prolonged hours, however the tires are of bad quality ,moving the chair is always accompanied by a scratching noise which the tires are making with ground , so the tires may worn out quick.
Overall, if I was in an offline shop and sellsman showed me this chair I wouldn’t have bought it and looked for alternatives even if the price is a bit high than this chair but that said, it is decent in all aspects of such chairs except the tires.

I received damaged products, and some parts even seem to be missing. They didn’t provide a product manual— it looks so cheap and local.
