Not recommended to buy. Low cooling. Significant noise level. Limited customer care support. No customer care executive available. Lodged complain but issue not resolved, even after 4 days passed.

Ac is good
Cooling and fan’s air throw is very good.
Mine comes with some issues in fan’s bearing and panel but it resolved somehow automatically in 3 days.
So, now it is working perfectly fine

really good, 1 week now, great Cooling even on 27-28 degree..in day time
Timer setting is different..it’s clock based..
Initially take time to understand..
No light in remote, a small drawback..
It’s 2nd HITACHI AC, based on 1st one 11 yrs performance and still running great,

Trusted Hitachi and they delivered. Good installation and service experience. Noise level is a bit on the medium side, cooling is great and you can feel by seeing the size that this is a heavy duty product. Value for money product considering it has 5 years comprehensive warranty, which no other window AC provides currently in the market.

I have a 1.5 ton Hitachi window at my hometown close to 12 yrs old and it still cools like a new one. That is the reason I went with Hitachi again! I would definitely give it a 5 star. Cooling is amazing however there is air throw noise but i can negate it as most power ‘window’ ACs have it.
Support i feel is one of the areas people don’t consider which they should and they provide support over whatsapp aswell, which is great.
Remote does not have night light, that’s the only drawback.
