Bought this for my family..it’s an elegant & Induction one, works on Gas too… beautiful and heavy bottom…it’s non stick inside…using a silicon spatula will be a good idea.
The string is not as good as you would expect and cannot chop a large amount of vegetables together and blades not sharp enough –
