I am using pc and laptop since 1989. In this tenure I used many s.ware and A. Virus. Various experiences and various technical issue came across. The best software is software which requires less space, more efficient, do not interfere with other programs, update available, quick response for customer 24×7 available. And lastly important it must be cheap or reliable to price.
All these requirements are full filled to extent by this anti virus. One experience is such my mobile was slow though it was having other company AV when I scanned the mobile by eScan one frozen was found which was killing the activity of mobile. Now it is working normally. Thanks eScan team. Please keep it up.

Got the Email in two hours. It had the Key and the download link. Sadly, the website link to download the AV file showed up as dead, “500-internal server error”. I had to waste two hours of my time to sort this out. First, contacting amazon to get an email across to the seller to respond to my query. Then, i called up their customer service, which im happy to say had only one techhie on the other end of the line, who helped me to find a new download link. Finally, it got downloaded. Then, after install, it wouldn’t activate my key (recieved thru email). Called up that guy at their customer care once again, he tried his best, couldn’t activate. Their in built remote support didn’t work, so he had to use anydesk. But couldn’t find a solution. Then he told me to send an email to them with my purchase n other details. Finally, late in the evening, i tried activating online once again, it worked.
PROS – lite on system, firewall, mail anti virus, anti spam, update servers are good n fast, Ransomware protect in built, GUI looks nice.
CONS- Cheap experience throught. Online Acitvation Doesn’t work (maybe because it is a Sunday?) Download link doesn’t work (they’ll run to fix it now i hope), Adding exclusions and other stuff like firewall setup are hard to do, needed customer support, Its a very bare bones n spartan technical experience to run this AV.
For Rs 225/- i had a lot of trouble in what should have been a three click hassle free install. (1- for downloading the AV, 2- for activating the licence and 3- for setting up the program features) But i felt lost, left out and cheated.
I wasted 2 hours of my Sunday time on a company that doesn’t value a customer’s time.
TIPS:
Firewall – set it to LIMITED FILTER .
Exclusions – File AV>Configuration>Settings>Objects>Exclude file/folders> Add, delete.
