I had high hopes for the E-Motorad X2, but within just 15 days of use, I faced serious issues that make it hard to recommend this electric cycle.
• Disc Brake Failure: The front disc brake broke unexpectedly, which caused a minor accident. The bike collided with my leg, and though there were only minor bruises, it could have been much worse if the vehicle in front hadn’t braked in time. This is a major safety concern.
• Battery Malfunction: The battery randomly stops working during rides. I have to switch the cycle off and on again to get it running. This is frustrating and unreliable.
• Unstable Seat: The seat keeps shifting out of place even after multiple attempts to fix it. It makes longer rides very uncomfortable and feels poorly designed.
I expected much better quality and safety standards at this price point.

I have decided to go to office by bicycle then my search for electric cycle started. after comparing & searching so much product my search end with Emotarad X2. Amazing finishing, good range, unisex design with good price. my Experience with emotarad was nice. Product delivered on same day unfortunatly one small part of accelarator is missing, wheels & brakes are not alinged properly. i have contacted to emotarad service team on whatsapp. they are guided me to service center. work is done as per my satisfaction. one imressive thing @ X2 .it is single speed cycle but it has given provision for gears. with gears its amazing. one suggesion for emotarad kindly provide quick release for front wheel.
