This bike is well-crafted and worthy of its price.
Assembly was quite easy to complete where you would only have to attach the handlebar and its related accessories the front wheel, pedals, and the seat. however, a second person may be required as there would be some minute adjustments to be done which would not be easy to tackle alone.
This bike has a range of around 40km at pedal assist option 3 (and a bit of throttling) which I have personally tested, and the gears and the assist options may be used in conjunction to give the perfect acceleration and pedaling comfort even while on sloping gradients.
The suspension is satisfactory on off-road surfaces but not the best as the back wheel lacks it however, is perfect for a generally commuting person.
Mudguards are not provided in the box so definitely buy it to avoid splashes on the back and on your legs.
overall, this is a good bang-for-the-buck product and since it’s an Indian produce, it has great quality and is 100% trustable.

I have been searching for a good ebike for my daily commute (from home to workplace total 70 km). Found this one at an affordable price point with great features.
Assembly – very easy with support staff
Battery – Initial charging took nearly 4 hours. Subsequent charging took max 3.5 hours.
Range – I have been getting 45 to 50 km on a single charge on
Pedal Assist Mode 5.
Built quality – Built is very good. Finishing of the colours is awesome. Frame has lifetime warranty. When you ride it on the road you get curious looks
Brakes & Gears – Gears are very smooth. Shift them only while in the run. Disc brakes are good enough to control the bike at 25 kmph also.
I would recommend this ebike for daily commute. Worth every penny
New T-Rex Air has got the ignition lock. So that’s a good upgrade.a

I recently bought the e-motorad electric bicycle, and the experience has been fantastic. The bike is well-built with a solid and attractive design. The battery life is great, and I can ride for 40+ kilometers on a single charge. It’s very comfortable to ride, and the speed is quite satisfying.
The customer service is also top-notch. I had a small query, and they resolved it quickly, making the overall experience seamless. I’m extremely happy with this product and would highly recommend it to others. The only improvement I’d suggest is a slightly faster charging time for the battery.

I have registered docket number : 6711356 with Consumer Grievance.
They claim upto 50 kms range for battery but in actual I am getting around 12.5 to 14 kms
Note:-
1. I am not expecting 40 or even 30 for that matter as I live in Ooty so its uphill many a times BUT it is also Downhill equal distance. To elaborate or e.g. I ride 10 kms uphill using battery power not to the fullest* and
downhill I dont need to use battery power at all or even pedal (*They call is PAS 1 to 5…and 5 being highest. I use 1 or 2)
So if I cover 10 kms then I am using battery for only 5 kms. I get in total around 22 to 25 kms so battery is only giving me a range on 12.5 to 14 kms which is very LOW and misleading advertisement not 50 not 40 not 30 not even 20!
2. After 5 months of complaining/follow up/ explaining the same issue over and again. Proving it with data, pictures of distance covered etc facts they requested for to different people at EMotorad they agreed to send another battery
but same issue.
3. They mentioned on call that if battery doesnt work they will replace the cycle and I provided data again after that I call / follow up they ignore me. I can provide whatsapp chat transcripts (data they requested etc) if required.
