We got this as matress for guests and it works great. It takes a few hours for initial fluffing up. Ones done it is nice and has a good medium softnes as described. Overall very happy.

I had bought this product last year and was very happy with it. I bought it again last weak and saw the mattress as completely deformed as they have further reduced packing size. The mattress did not expand even after keeping it overnight. It is all crumpled and hardly 2” thick. The earlier one was straight and had expanded to 4” in 5 minutes
