Mene mere wife ke liye liya tha or usako kaafi accha lag raha hai isako lene ke baad or usaka weight bhi kam ho raha hai bas iska taste bahut hi gandha hai but ek baar woh taste ko sehane ki adat lag gayi toh fir kuch bhi problem nahi hai. Iski taste ki wajah se sirf isaka rating kam hai baaki isame nutrients sab kuch hai.

My opinion on this product and soya isolate itself has changed. It’s not a regular gym goers protein.
Rather, it should be incorporated in kitchen. Mixing 1kg of soya isolate in 8-10 kg of atta would raise the protein content from 10% to 20-22% in your daily chapatis.
Thus, for most of us who need a balanced approach wouldn’t need to another hassle apart from regular meals for family health. It’s half cheaper than whey, so even better.
This brand Asitis is giving reliable quality products in raw form, so atleast we know what we have.

I had used AsItIs Pea Protein before this. That one’s taste was just horrible. In comparison to that, this Soy Protein’s taste is much more doable. I add around 2 spoons of chocolate horlicks for 25g of this powder (I have a separate scoop). As for mixability, again it’s doable & much better than the Pea Protein. And muscle gain has been quite amazing as I’m able to achieve 80-90g protein per day with this. For me, digestion was good. Much cheaper than whey, costlier than soyabeans. So, pretty good for the price. 💯

See soy protein unflavoured is not going to taste like milk shakes. It ought to taste floury…so first be prepared to face that your unflavoured soy needs to be used in a shake with right ingredients. I add 100 ml milk, 1 banana, 1tsp peanut butter, if possible some cocoa powder…after that it tastes great for me, mostly as I am used to the floury taste. There is a bengali prasad called ‘Shinni’ which tastes pretty similar. But as it is has terrible packaging. The ziplock is useless and the scoop…i used the product for 15 days then found a scoop. Soy proteins have a lot of controversies so definitely read both sides of the arguments before jumping to conclusions.

Bad sealing mechanism of poutch. Press to seal breaks apart and dosent seal effectively after it breaks while trying to poen package after few uses. Other then that seems all okay. And not easy to mix sometimes. And a tast uncomfortable as its unflavoured. (A good budget option )
