I have been using these every day. The people who say don’t wear them when you walk or just wrong. I walk a minimum and medevac it hiking a minimum of 6 km every day wearing those weights on my ankles never an issue. Excellent value they are sturdy rocksolid.

Please don’t buy it – bad quality , leaks black sand/dust
Initially it was ok for some days but started to leak in some days (of course after the replacement period was over).
I did see some comments for leakage and the same happened with me.
Only price is ok but it’s useless if you are looking for something long lasting without issues.

I love my weights, fits great on my ankles while working around the house, also use them for squats, you really cant use them out walking, too baulky! Nice material and you can take out weights easily

It is good one. I hope this item were divided into sections and were filled with sand like material. The outer covering is intact and good. Both were weighing about 2 kg perfectly. Good to use for exercise and especially for rehabilitation workout.
