This item is an excellent one especially with respect to the money spend for it. For an average use this is highly recommended. Say around 80 kg for continuous 1 – 2 min twisting. It gives a feeling that we may slip down while twisting but it is safe. Initially I started by holding my arms in a holder while using twister fearing I may fell down. Later I start using it with out any arm support. I liked this product as it proves to me worth for money.

Product is good! The quality of plastic is average. Some suggestion – If you weight weight is 90 – 95+ go for heavy duty one which will cost more but it will last for years.

The twister top is bit pokey to feel with hands, but it gives a nice massage. Overall the built quality is poor and the plastic breaks after 80kg people used it. Finishing also not satisfied. Customer care number not working.
