Battery quality is very poor…..they claim up to 45 km of range in a single charge……but it goes only 25km only

one of my friend bought this cycle to present his sons birthday, the very next day of his birthday it go battery problem started , daily 2 or 3 need to charge, once they contacted customer service amazon-they said contact supplier, from supplier they advised to send this cycle on our cost to their factory in West bengal, which is costing around Rs. 7500, (they said will return the amount with cycle cost Rs.24,000) . so we send it to them but when it reach to west bengal, Supplier (Motovolt) not receiving it and changing the delivery point frequently , amazon also involved in it. while calling to amazon they need 48hrs to resolve this issue , even after we send it on feb 3, 2025 their 48hrs not yet completed. so please do not choose this supplier anymore.. worse customer service, any how our side moving for filing a case against them…

parcel recd with almost all fittings Except Pedals and Handle which you have to set and Tight when I ordrered on 21 Dec Delivery Date was 4 January iwas relaxed as my Mumbai Marriage period 25 to 30 dec and and Call from Delivery person recd on 26/12/for delivery (Why Amazon show delivery 4 jan Don’t Know Irequest to come on 31 Dec I remind him on30 and Delivered on31 Dec) Motovolt Customer care respond well after Delivery used 23 Km Still Charging is there ONE model with some low height Should be there For Senior citizen

Cycle battery having a charging issue every 10 minutes needs to charge. battery drains.
Amazon customer support also very bad they have only self return option . that is the reason is send back TO KOLKATA WEST BENGAL with the help of DTDC courier service the cost was 7500 RS .
I AM WAITING FOR THE REFUNDS STILL NOT RECEIVED. PRODUCT AMOUNT 24000 + COURIER CHARGE 7500 = 31500 RS
