The cycle is very good, it travels 45 km in a single charge in a throttle turn, but it should be provided with a locking system for battery on off, its seat is also very hard, it should be soft and flexible,

the bike is great as long as it runs without problems. When there is a problem however small it is getting the service is a nightmare. My accelerator stopped working suddenly, and i tried reaching out to the service people and to the store that i bought it from, i also sent an email. I heard back from them after two weeks. the service person kindly visited and said that a part had to be replaced and it would take about 10 -15 days,. This is the only mode of transport i have and with over a month of it being under repair i am quite upset and frustrated with the service.

The motovolt hum bicycle is solid long range bike, it fullfill all my needs, it is being used for multipurpose work such as commute and goods delivery. I didn’t find any other affordable electric bicycle like hum.
