The bike is overall quite good, and I’m enjoying my rides, despite a few hiccups here and there. However, the folding mechanism could be more user-friendly — it requires some effort and lacks ease of maneuverability and heavy you two people to put it in the vechical. I drive a Honda Accord, which is a fairly large sedan, yet fitting the folded bike into the boot (dicky) is difficult. It fits better on the rear seat, but I’m not sure how well it would fit into the boot of today’s SUVs.
Unfortunately, my cycle met with an accident just 10 days after purchase, which damaged the gear system. I had to travel 150 km to get it repaired, and I was disappointed to learn that accidental damages aren’t covered under warranty.
Despite these setbacks, the riding experience has been enjoyable.

NO looks good but only giving 40 km milega without cycling and it gives 40 only not 75 🫣😮 not worthy for that cost

I was a bit unsure at first. Was this the right choice? Would it actually live up to the hype? But after taking it for a ride, I can say it’s totally worth it!
The range is solid 75km+ on a single charge, so no stress about the battery running out mid-ride. The pedal assist is smooth, the throttle gives just the right boost, and the overall ride feels effortless. Plus, the build quality is top-notch, and the folding mechanism is sturdy and easy to use super handy for storage and transport.
What really impressed me was Hornback’s customer service ,they actually called after I placed the order to verify details and ensure smooth delivery. They also gave a quick product rundown, which shows how much they care about their customers. And having a direct point of contact for any future queries? Big plus!
If you’re still thinking about it, just go for it! This e-bike is an absolute game-changer. 🚴♂️
