If you’re planning to buy this or any product from **Digitek**, I’d strongly advise not to.
1. Poor durability:
The product works fine for the first 2–3 months, but then the noise cancellation either stops working or becomes inconsistent.
2. No proper service support:
They don’t have service centers outside of Delhi. You have to courier the product to them at your own expense, which adds another ₹400–₹500 every time you need a repair.
3. Slow and ineffective resolution:
After weeks of waiting (usually 20–30 days), they return the product saying the issue was with the cable and that has been replaced. But the same problem repeats within a few days after the repair.
4. Frustrating experience:
In the last 10 months, I’ve had to send the product **three times**, and the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Even though it’s under warranty, they refuse to replace it and always blame it on a “connector issue.”
Honestly, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience. You’re better off buying a product from a brand that offers reliable customer service and better after-sales support. **Avoid Digitek**

Perfect product i ever used more over it comes with extra tools which are useful for other purpose as well.
Sound clear and it function well for vlog and talkshow.
So if you are new youtuber or vloger i recommend you to order this product at the end of the day you will thankful for this product.

It’s too costly for what level of ANC it provides. It does not cancel the background noise. It should have been cheaper than the current price of 4k. Too much costly.

This is not a Good Product. Reciever side 3.5mm socket Doesn’t working with Headphones. When Reciever is connected to my android phone the phone plays audio file as it is Mute. I can’t listen any type of audio or preview of recorded sound. Every time I have to unplug the reciever device from my phone to listen recorded sound. Very disgusting feature… Multiple times of pligin and plugout this device will also damage my phone too. Want to return it.

This microphone has a great sound quality, can cancel out noise up to 50 meters, is portable, and has a Bluetooth remote control with a lot of presets and features. If you are a content creator, buy this microphone to up your game. Regular people can also buy it if they want to; it has a great battery life and is an excellent product for the price range.
