Dispatch and delivery was done as expected. On receipt, saw packing was neat. Bill was clear. Good design. First time buying from Himanshu – I may go again for the coin/ biscuit purchase after a few months and I think I might lookout for options in Himanshu
PRAMOD –
Packaging is worst, No Certificate of Authenticity, No temper proof packing, just a laminated one without any details i.e., Certificate number, purity, weight, etc. Also physical coin and picture shown at the time of ordering are very different. Did not give any Confidence and Satisfaction, also it was delayed, which adds a question mark on genuineness. Avoid taking risk with such unprofessional company with high value and hard-earned amount.
