Editing this review after year of usage.
Issue with wasing if go out of recommended cloth type and weight in auto program modes.
If mixing several types of cloths then only heavy mode works better. Wobbling happens if put lot of cloths and choose any other mode than haevy mode. Express wash works good only with few cloths. Good built quality, maximum warrenty offerd by whirlpool, quickest and finest service expireanced from whirlpool, even service call was completed same day whiten few hours. I have other products from Whirlpool, it is much much reliable than most the other brands.

In the last 2 years of ownership, this washing machine has had its drum changed, inlet pump changed and suspension changed twice. Yet this machine continues to have frequent mechanical and electrical failures.
Service center often does not have spare parts leading to several day long down time.
Never had this issue with IFB, LG, Videocon in the past. Avoid Whirlpool for washing machines.

This is a pathetic machine. I am very disappointed and regret my decision to buy this washing machine. The dryer is not working at all. Also, Whirlpool is taking a lot of time to repair the dryer.
