Bought it on October 2020 for our new kitchen and my mother has used it very often only. May be maximum 10 times to microwave and occasionally made some cakes as well. It wasn’t functioning last week and contacted the faber company. The technician came and reckon the capacitor got busted. Since the guarantee was finished 2 months ago, we been forced to purchase it from their Pune office/factory, and now currently waiting for the item to be delivered so that they can fix it. I would not recommend this as I’ve bought it for more than 50k last year and hardly used it. It didn’t worth (for me). But to be honest when this was in working condition, it served me very well. I’m sad to put a review like this. Because i chose this one after doing a lot of researching. And the result is upsetting.

Their owen stopped working in less than 16 months, after informing multiple times, nothing has done so far, the only answer they give is we are “waiting for some spare parts”. Now its almost 4 months………. I think the technician even dont know what is the real problem………. Pathetic after service, dont go for it, better products available in market.
