Storage space is ok as per the model segment. Freezer is very capable and can produce ice within 1hrs. IFB after sell service is also good. Within 1 week of purchase the door open close screw got loose. But as we had raised a complaint ticket at IFB their agent had visited and get that part repaired in no time.

I ordered the IFB Single Door Refrigerator (Model: IFBDC-2235/2025, 197L, 5 Star) on Amazon, expecting a trusted brand and quality service. What I got instead was days of frustration, no answers, and complete negligence by Amazon.
Let me break it down:
1. Misleading Product Listing:
The Amazon listing does not mention IFB’s signature Converti Cool or Copper Boost technology, which is standard in their single-door fridges.
But when I called IFB customer service, they clearly said all their single-door refrigerators come with that feature. So why is this missing from the product I received? What exactly is Amazon selling?
2. Fake or Unregistered Product?
The QR code on the fridge directs to the official BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) website — but shows “Invalid QR Code”.
This raises serious doubts about whether this product is genuine, unregistered, or part of a faulty batch.
Why is Amazon allowing such products on its platform?
3. Return Nightmare — Worst Support Ever:
I initiated a return due to these issues, and Amazon approved it. But for over a week, no one has come to pick it up.
Every day I get false pickup updates. No one calls. Pickup is auto-cancelled and rescheduled.
I have called Amazon support daily, wasting hours of my life, and still — no resolution.
Amazon’s treatment of genuine customers is shocking.
They are letting sellers list questionable products.
They are avoiding responsibility for pickup and refund.
They are turning a simple return into mental harassment.
I used to trust Amazon, but after this, I’m genuinely reconsidering whether I should ever order large appliances here again.
DO NOT buy this product. DO NOT trust Amazon’s return promises.
Amazon — your customer service, your return system, and your quality control are a complete failure.

The product is very good .
Easy to install and use. Size and capacity is good for a small family.

Working fine, its good for a family size of 2-3 people. Just defrost once in 3-4 days and it will work smoothly.
Don’t know it actually save any electricity as the electric bill got increased after using it. Looks wise it is quite good, Color is also as shown in pictures. Don’t get confused with the metal infused trays, it is made of plastic only but company claims of some aluminum particles are infused in it.
Amazon installation guy came with the delivery itself. And very accurately did all the installations.
