I recently purchased a refrigerator as a gift for my sister. However, just 8 days after purchase, the refrigerator stopped working. The freezer section is not functioning, while the refrigerator section is working. I reported the issue to the company, and their technicians visited twice, replacing some fan parts. Despite this, the same issue occurred again after 8 days.
This is in my sister’s house, and I feel very embarrassed about this refrigerator’s poor performance. I raised another complaint, but no solution has been provided so far.

Service is very good. After 24hrs of delivery their service provider arrived at home to set refrigerator on respective place where we want to move we can do it with the help of them. Refrigerator is very big so we can’t move through doors. So we need to be patient at that tym. Service providers will come and place it clean and clear without any scratch, on respective place. They unmounted the doors of refrigerator and moved it within a sec to kitchen. Functionality is also good. Features are great. We can set temprature as we want. Must buy. Easy installation service. But for moving of refrigerator from one place to other, if we don’t have enough space to move, doors need to unmount. And for that thing service providers have asked you for 500 Rs. charge. Design is very good.
