Absolutely pathetic product in just first month of usage I got a electricity bill of ₹10800 where my avarage bill used to be ~₹3000 approximately. Upon complaining it was identified that the thermostat was faulty due to which the cut off did not happen throughout the month resulting in deep freezer running full time and that is sign of a faulty product. Now they insist I have to keep the faulty product as it’s out of the return or replacement policy.. how rubbish is that..how will a comman man know the deep freezer has technical issues untill and unless we oberve something unusual.
Now comes the technician who visited was not equipped enough to have a screwdriver for tiny screws that has to removed to replace the thermostat instead he initiated the repair and damaged the outer part as you can see in the images.
I have to give him my precision toolbox from which he managed to screw the PCB back in place and next day another senior technician visit to verify things and then tell me that my deep freezer is now been fixed and have no issues.
Why shud I keep a faulty product and just keep getting high bills …we decided to simply get this returned and get my money back but it was a straight denial.
I am now looking to have Amazon intervene here and get my refund back.
