I had purchased this chimney on sept 2024 during the sale. Since my flat was not ready so couldn’t install that time. Recently I got it installed on apr 2025. It worked properly for first 2 days then there some issues with the motor. After multiple call to customer care a guy came and told motor has to be replace and told they will place a order to company and will received 10-15days and since it was under warranty no amount will charged. Today it has been more than 1 months but still no update. Again after registering service call there are cancelling the request without solving the problem. Worst experience with service. Please don’t buy Crompton products.

Just awesome. I had an old Kitchen Chimney that was big and made a lot of Noise. This Crompton Chimney is super quite and effective at its job. At low speeds I can barely hear it but pretty sure it is working as I cannot smell the food being cooked a few feet away. At its high speeds it does get loud but it will get the smoke of smell out quickly. The variable speed functionality is awesome. But the best feature is the Auto On when I turn on the stove. Also the self clean feature is one of the best value adds in the product. Just Awesome. Super happy with the purchase.

just got it installed. good service by the installation person. low noise level but should see the functionality once i start using it .
