I bought this product thinking it would be better than the existing Faber hob I am using. But this isn’t good. The stainless steel gauge used as the body of the stove is very low. The knobs are very smooth and even a gentle tough by mistake the knobs turn on and gas starts leaking. Cannot use even a sponge to clean as it leaves scratches on the body. The stand provided is at an angle. The vessel kept on the hob does not sit straight bu sits at an angle!!!!!!
Even one hour of usage of stove heats up the entire stove and burners turn black. Not expected this from a company like BOSCH

Time gets wasted in kitchen if this stove is used, takes forever to make one dosa

After reviewing so may hobs I decided to buy this steel body hob.. and m so happy with my decision. Its easy to clean and easy to use. Don’t need to pay much attention while cooking as compare to glass hobs as they come with so many restrictions. I’m using this bosch hob since 1 month till now didn’t face any issue. Best for indian cooking.

Product is not working when we purchased, till now no one responding for return request from Bosch team in Hyderabad.

We bought this from the dealer. The product is good with an auto cutoff function however the knobs melt or get deformed when anything hot touches them.
Bosch technicians came and replaced the knobs once but it is in fact impossible to avoid touching them with hot pots since the knob height is higher than the grill height.

Product received on time and it’s good.
I have raised installation request and technician came without told which require to cut wood to install.
Technician even don’t have tool to put hole for wood, I requested him and begged him that I have house warming in the morning and wait for 20 min so that I will get it done but he not able to wait.
How do we know how much area to cut wood? how it’s posito make carpenter available within 10 min?
