The product i recieved is dented on the side and it can’t be switched to keeping warm option

Received the rice cooker with a dent initially. The containing Panasonic carton box was also damaged on one edge which might have caused a dent on the Rice cooker. Requested for a replacement right away. They picked it up and in 6 days, I received a new one. This time, it is all good. Thumbs up for prompt response from Amazon & the supplier.
We have been using 1.8L version so far. This 2.2L is like an incremental upgrade. Same good old experience.
This is standard Panasonic product with actual packaging and contents as expected.
“Included Components : Package Contents: 1 Electric Cooker, 1 Cooking Pan, Warranty Card & Maual”. Received the same in the package.

Received the rice cooker with the bottom pushed in so it stays slant Tried for 4 hours for a refund and pick up the button keeps repeating to upload the picture and makes us waste our time it is so surprising that we received a damaged product and return is not happening
We need a refund as this is going to be serious as we have paid for a good product the return must be make available

Very useful and easy way of cooking rice recipes , I am working from home and it is easy for me to cook rice hot and eat. No need to check on every time, Panasonic rice cooker cooks and keep warm for us to eat fresh and hot. From 17 years am using rice cooker, thanks to Amazon and Panasonic.

My parents using before model from 7yrs… no issues that’s why I took it. Good thing is inside plate is exact fit and rice didn’t go back to plate even you cook 1 cup rice.
Only one thing is earlier it is used to give 2 bowls but not now. Is we can buy extra bowl separately?

Got the product with different design.packing was dirty and worn-out.Make is not smooth as it used to be.No additional pan as written.
