The product after a few months of using it. Unable to avail the warranty also. Tried registering the product on the website, the product doesn’t come on the drop-down as an option. Furthermore, I tried calling the customer care services, the number does not connect. Feel like my money was wasted. No durability of the product. I use it in a one person household and very carefully, still it broke down. Worst product, please don’t waste your money on this, the Jar started leaking within 3 days and mixer blasted while blending, so scary, please do not buy, there is no replacement also It has been a complete disappointment and a waste of money. Despite replacing the jar once due to issues, the problems persist. The mixer emits an unpleasant smell during use Got defected item, it is not even working.

Main machine is not working, I think seller had not checked machine and sent without checking. Even delivery service is also not good very worst service they have given, please don’t take this product…bad service…worst service Product only worked for first 3-4 seconds and then stopped and never worked. I initiated a replacement which didn’t arrive even after 4 days of scheduled delivery. When I contacted Amazon support, they said replacement item got lost in transit so now I can return the item and get a refund. Return also did not happen on scheduled time and I had to escalate again.
It was finally picked up after 14 days of receiving the defective product.Very bad not a trusted product isn’t not working even in one time also Product quality was poor.

The first product sent to me was defective, however it was replaced without any delay. The new one delivered is good and working as expected. It’s a daily use product and performs aptly.
