The product stopped working within a month of moderate home use. This is not expected from a reputed brand. I have contacted the customer service and awaiting a response from them. Even if they replace it, I am not sure if the replacement will work for a long time. But this won’t change my view that the product is not well made. I regret making this purchase. Please DO NOT go for it.

I have had very bad experience with this product. Sometimes, the product was not working without any reason. Today, something happened very serious. I wish I could capture the accident video and share with everyone. Unfortunately, i could not capture. When I switched on the machine, a short circuit took place and fire came out from its plug with huge sound of blast. The impact was so much, my family members rushed to the spot to check whether I got serious injury or not. Luckily, I switched on that switch which is near to the motor/ base unit; not the switch at the socket (near to which the blast happened). Due to this impact, the wire is burnt and came out from the inside of the wire,
