Product received was defective .Motor is not working and replacement is delayed due to some despatched problem .There is no update about the exchange from Amazon .Poor customer service Very bad product. The jars leak. Doesn’t make smooth puree even after 15 mins griding. There Is burning smell even after operating it for 5 mins. And NO RETURN (Money back policy) Waste of money. They are replacing the product with same pathetic product. Be careful before buying. It’s total waste. Simple apple Doesn’t get pureed what more would you ask the machine to do. This product quality is pathetic and difficult to return. They are generating pickup requests again n again. but item not picked and nobody called. Poor quality product, gasket in jars comes out & ties around blades.Lot of noise more then any mixer, Low quality product

Really happy with this mixture juicer. The quality is excellent—it feels sturdy and works smoothly. It juices fruits and veggies easily, and the cleanup is simple too. Great value for the price. Definitely recommend!

The product found broken, I have immediately raised a ticket to return and the return scheduled did not happen. I am again sending my concern to pick up the product back and get me a replacement immediately or refund my money. The main blender leaks due to a gap in the lid and base. Got it immediately replaced but found exactly the same leakage issue with the blender jar again. So returned it too and got a refund promptly. It is slow and doesn’t grind well, especially if you have used the Cadlec, you will see the difference immediately, Cadlec which is any day better, Complete waste of money !! Defective product received I bought the mixer but it’s not working, motor is totally Jam, very disappointed and would request to change.

Quality is good👍 but no speed controler push button & only 1grinder blade received with small jar.
there is no 3 speed controler, only 1 mixture grinder blade for 2 jars.
It is only push button 🔘 for mixture grinder & no 3 speed controler & in Amazon photo of product is 3 speed controler and box also it is showing 3 speed controler,
But Quality of product is good 👍

Don’t buy this product it is very bad quality and also the Amazon support and does not take the return on this product. Use flipkart to buy any product so that you can return. Amazon support this kind of cheap products by not taking the return of the product I didn’t have time to use it properly and try it out, as the second time it broke and wouldn’t turn on. I don’t recommend buying it, it’s better to buy another company. Too much noise, not grinding properly. Even after grinding same stuff for long time still you find lumps. In the end you are wasting your time to get perfect puree. Small jar already broken other are also less useful to work with. Very loud sound, too much noise and not grinding the food I don’t suggest to buy don’t think about the money don’t buy don’t get disappointment and the lids also cheap quality plastic.
