I had received a faulty product the charging light was not blinking and the product was not charging at all but it worked supremely. I contacted the customer service team and they immediately replaced the product. New one works absolutely fine and blades are very sharp, chops very fine. Thank you AGARO

The item was working perfectly fine and was too good. Suddenly it stops starting and as my maid use it I was not sure what she did to it. I raised a complaint as it was in warranty and Agaro sent me a brand new chopper. Very happy with the quality and service of the product. If you want to buy just go for it

So far this is the best electric chopper ive used. Sturdy, soundless , speed and easy to use.
The only drawback is its size. Its too small.

When I first bought it, I was actually a bit concerned about its quality given the price for it was available. Moreover, there was one year warranty with it. Such a useful companion for my kitchen, I thanked my husband. However after 5 months of usage it stopped working. We contacted the customer care, and let me tell you the sincerity and promptness with which they arranged a replacement of this product was unmatched given the fact it’s only a 500 rupees product. Since then this is the 3rd machine which we have gifted as every who saw its efficacy appreciated the product. I will certainly name the lady called Monalisa who followed with us several times for the replacement. In fact we have purchased multiple products of Agaro and each one is best in class like the massager, Air frier with good built and excellent efficiency. Thanks Team AGARO.
