The machine is horrible it keeps on not working and even when it works it grinds and blends really bad. And I’ve put multiple complaints to the company and even asked for warranty claim but have receiving call backs. Bad product and bad after sale services.

Not at all happy with product . The dry mixer and the juicer both do not work well. Cant even return the product as the technician kept on saying this is how it works and its fine . If we try to grind a small quantity it doesnt grind well at all.

I bought this less than a year ago. The motor literally broke off. In the first few months, the plastic hooks of the grinder. And then the actual motor broke into two pieces. This is a really bad quality. Usually when mixer grinders last a few years easily, this lasted 7 months.
