So you can buy this if you don’t use Chutney Jar very much.

Very very Bad experience, machine is not starting, showing electric supply but not working .. even company denied to replace the product.. stop bying from Amazon specially Usha product very bad experience this time Very bad service from USHA don’t buy this product i am totally pissedoff, very bad behaviour of service provider insted of warranty they charge you for each n evry component, trust me do not buy any product of usha its wastage of money and time.

Very nice food processor. Very sturdy as the brand reputed for and extremely useful as mixer, blender, dough maker… Makes the perfect dough in 2 minutes… Each attachment serves its purpose perfectly as shown in demo. Thanks Usha and surely Amazon for delivering such wonderful product. You can definitely go for it.

1) The delivery by Amazon was not up to the mark.
2) The product Quality is okay.( Using since 1 Month)
3) The Safety Lid is very tight and require a lot of force to open/Close.
3) The Cap of the Multipurpose Jar is not so tight, Called USHA service center, next day the technician came but the attitude was arrogant and said that there is no warranty on plastic parts. if you want to replace please buy a new piece of jar cap.
4) The cap of juicer is also very loose and the answer was same as mentioned above.
4) Not satisfied with this product.
At last but not the least the Service from USHA was good but the Technician Arrogance attitude make the Image of USHA Down.

A part was missing in the first supply. No doubt it was promptly replaced by a new unit in a week
Unfortunately, the same item was also not found in the second consignment too!!
