I purchased this Usha air frier from Amazon on 26 th June and it’s mother bord burned on 8th July. It’s my first time something like this happened to an electronic item purchased from Amazon. I called the customer support for Usha and their response was so rude. They asked me why did you purchase through Amazon and you need to contact them for any issues. I had multiple calls with Usha customer care and at last after 5 days someone came and repaired it. Really poor experience from Usha customer care. I don’t want anyone should go through that experience by purchasing it from Amazon. Poor quality product and poor customer support from Usha.

Plead don’t go for it. From the first use onwards it doesn’t work when the basket is inserted once. We’ll have to try around 5-10 times to insert the basket well. When unboxed itself it had some broken pieces inside, but somehow worked. And now since after a month, it’s not working and the company is being irresponsible that they do not come and repair it. Very bad experience 😕
