The device was purchased in October 2024 and stopped functioning on January 10, 2025. I immediately reported the issue; however, despite daily follow-ups with the customer service team, there has been no response as of February 22, 2025.

Very, very bad experience. I purchased the product three months ago, and now the heating is not working. When I registered a complaint, they told me that only the service charge is covered under warranty, but if any spare parts need to be replaced, the warranty will not apply.

Oil fry and air fry is very different so think about it before buy it’s not same taste choose wisely

I bought this multichef air fryer November 2024. I tried to bake cake many times.All time tried in different temperatures and time. But all time the centre top of cake will burn and become black very fast and bottom of the cake will be on half cooked. So the baking process completely failure in this product. First I followed their book timings for sponge cake and marble cake. But all failure.
So donot spent so much money for this air frier. Better go for a normal air frier or a microwave.
