It has been almost 4 years since I bought this toaster oven and it still works great. It is basic and nothing fancy but very reliable and easy to clean. I recommend this product. My electric kettle is also Hamilton Beach and has been working for 10 months now with no problems. I had some other brands in the past that after couple of months the glass cracked or shattered!

We had a DeLonghi toaster oven for over 15 years and when we renovated our kitchen I wanted a new one. Unfortunately they no longer made the same model and nothing else in their “toaster oven” line worked for our needs. I didn’t need or want an air fryer and most of the models were too large. I ordered a Cuisinart and had to return it when it caught fire. We found this Hamilton Beach model and I really liked the “garage door” lid. The toaster works well and fits 6 slices of bread when needed. I still like the garage door concept, but you cannot put anything on top of it now. Trays, bread stored on the counter, etc. It’s a good little toaster and works perfectly for our needs.

It’s a good product. Working well so far. Takes more time then mentioned in use book but overall functioning is satisfactory. Particularly air fry mode works well on chicken and vegetables. Most importantly it looks good.

Don’t waste your money on cheap models. This one feels solid and like it will last. The dials are very reliable. It is easy to keep the door clean and looking like new. We have had this toaster oven for months now and it is still working perfectly. Be aware that it tends to toast faster than some others, so it could be easy to start a fire quickly if you do not attend to it. The size is excellent. 6 slices is probably an exaggeration, unless you use tiny slices of bread. But 4 and sometimes 5 pose no problem.
In the past we got Black & Decker models, both of which became unreliable over time – they would stay on after the timer was finished or turn off before, or the timer dial would refuse to stay in position. Of course, time will tell whether some of those issues begin to affect this one, but I think it is unlikely. The timer dial has two buttons on the side that must be pinched before turning it. I am not sure of the exact purpose of them, but it seems to me that they may enhance the longevity of the mechanism.
Overall, I would highly recommend this product.

Our Prestige oven was quite good but a month ago it died. The element needs replacement I think. I used it as a dehydrator because it can hold temp at 60, but I guess it wasn’t designed for that work.
We need a replacement if the Prestige can’t be repaired… we will carry it to the service center anyway.
I was dilly dallying over this particular Hamilton Beach oven for the last month. It looked good in theory and reviews, but what if ?
Would I get service ? Would it be what we actually want ?
I honestly don’t know because we got it this morning.
I am sharing pictures of the item and contents.
The packaging was good and everything arrived in good condition.
The accessories were again carefully double packed. Someone has paid serious attention to the packaging system.
This also leads me to believe the ownership experience will be equally good.
Shall update after using.

The build quality of the oven and the accessories look and feel good too. No regrets there
