Have been using this for a month and It cooks well, fan is quite silent.
One observation is that basket size is big enogh for two bread slices and the air circulation from below is little less. You just need to toss the stuff once in between the cooking time.
Everything I have cooked has turned up well.
For the price I paid it is a very good value and a high quality product.

Dual Airfryer is a breeze. Its digital interface is user-friendly and allows you to customize the cooking time and temperature with ease. Plus, with two separate compartments, you can cook different foods at the same time without mixing flavours or aromas. Love the fact, its removable trays in the basket make cleanup a breeze. Its by far a great upgrade to my kitchen and enjoy healthier, delicious meals, without guilt trip. MasterPRO Dual Airfryer by Bergner is definitely worth considering.

I purchased the Bergner dual air fryer a year ago, and it has already stopped working – quite disappointing for an appliance expected to last much longer. (My old Philips air fryer lasted more that 5 years . )The technician took almost a week to visit & I was informed that the motherboard was the issue. To make matters worse, after reaching out to the company, they informed me that the part could not be repaired. This leaves me with a useless piece of junk in my house – not only a waste of money but also highly unsustainable. The company’s after-sales service is seriously lacking; they are very poor at responding to emails, and their overall support is quite frustrating. I would not recommend this product, nor would I buy from this company again.

Appliance is good to use until you get issues, customer service is very bad. Technician is also not qualified to even say what is the problem. He took to local electrician to service and charged me rs. 2000/- without any bill. I had issue after 15 months of use.
