This is a fantastic product for people fascinated about stitching. This sewing machine is automatic so half the effort and double the results. Gifted this to my mom to rekindle her long lost passion for sewing and she was thoroughly thrilled about it. This is a good product for home usage and people with all levels of expertise can use. This product is certainly better than its counterparts which are at a lower cost as the number of patterns in stitching and free classes provided are significant. This machine is an excellent piece to help aid domestic usage at a professional level.

Really good machine. Bought it for my mother and she loves it. Can’t find the needles ( Organ Needles HAX1 14) anywhere though. Can anyone help?

Easy to use for beginner. The machine is lightweight and sturdy. Value for money.

Easy to use. Working well. Does the job. Problem is just everything is made of plastic so got to handle with care…a little rough use or force used and the plastic made accessories like needle threader, thread pole, base cover case or bobbin, etc can easily break. So, rating one star less. Rest, all fine till now. Also, it doesn’t cover one type stitch called double overlock which we do on hosiery clothes like t-shirts.

Product is good but stainless steel body is mentioned here but actual product I got has plastic body

I dint checked the machine as I received a used product and there is user manual missing inside the box. The machine has covered with dirt all over and the wire as well, the free accessories cover is torn and crumbled. There is Bobbin with green thread already inserted in it.
The seller not even bothered to clean or check these things before sending .
Very disappointed on this as we spent 15k and received such product on such a brand.
Loosing trust to order products online even if we spend so much on the branded items as well
