Purchased in Sep 22 and could not get issues resolved to date. This machine is failed model. Thread gets cut al the time. Singer technicians are not servicing properly. Amazon does not support on the service side. Amazon is becoming money minded than customer support. Not happy on the Product and service from Singer side and Amazon support. Do not buy this product from Amazon.

In my opinion if someone decided to be a designer and work as a designer so he or she have to take professional machines like juki not this this is just a mini example of stiching and embroidery stiches not pro level it will not give you that results what a designer looking for
