Only Company name is not enough, service also matters. If you buy Lg machine even of 15k then next day service provide contact you for installation and problems. They not even ask for any problem.
Cons
Always break threads, try to contact company but no helpline no is provided on machine.
Online explanation is not enough. Very bad machine because of poor service

I’ve been using this machine for over 6 months now. I love it. I’m glad I purchased it. I have had a few issues with it now and again but that’s mainly my fault for not using the right settings and such. Overall, it has everything you could possibly need from your sewing machine, especially if you’re a beginner. In fact, it has a little more than you need. If you’re just starting out, I would suggest you buy one of the other brother models or go for a singer machine. You can find machines for 7000 that do exactly everything you will need when starting out. So don’t feel compelled to buy this because of all the features you think you’ll need. Trust me, you won’t. Just look for a straight, zigzag and maybe an overlock stitch or something. even that you don’t really need because zigzag does that for you. It comes with a good manual but i wish it gave you a little more information about additional projects that require things like elastic thread or zips or embroidery and stuff like that. but it’s alright. overall, a great purchase! ive made a bunch of stuff by now and more coming.

Have used this model previously so wanted to order the same variant. The product was well packaged and definitely new . Did a trial run , everything looks good for now . Found a brother demo video on YouTube which is really helpful. Overall happy .

The machine is very good. It was my dream machine. I finally got it yesterday… but some accessories were missing. All the feet mentioned were not given, there was only one bobbin, one needle or one zig zig foot and a foot pedal .. now I have ordered all the feet separately.
