Product is working fine, support team visited and tighten the screw which was generating the noise. Both look and working of product is as expected.

I have purchased this machine on Feb 21st 2021 for my parents as a gift. Since it is for usual household stitching requirement the use of the machine is as and when required. From the time it has been delivered it has been used 4 times till yesterday. Today when I asked my parents they shared their concern with me about the machine, mainly two and both critical –
1) Lack of pick up
2) Doesn’t work effectively if the thickness of the cloth is slightly more. They shared that when they were stitching a thicker stuff 2 needles broke so they stopped in mid.
They aren’t happy with the machine and were disappointed to know that now replacement or refund is out of question as per Amazon policy [10 days are long gone] so I thought of writing about the product for the awareness of the customers who might be thinking of purchasing of sewing machine. Please do your analysis before shortlisting this machine.

If demo is available from authorised dealer, then it will quite good for customers. Because some of functions are not practically easy for beginners

This product is very good but after sales service is very poor. They ask money for service in warranty period and visiting fare for technician.after warranty its services more expensive from other brands.
