I purchased the Akiara sewing machine on October 23rd, 2024, and initially, it worked fine for the first 3–4 uses. However, it suddenly stopped working, and since then, I’ve been unable to use it.
What’s even more disappointing is that I tried contacting the customer care number provided, but it has been switched off every time I tried. I expected better after-sales service and product durability.
Please think twice before buying this product unless the company improves its customer support and quality control. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

It’s a portable product , for less or small work. Very handy, lite weight, easy to use, stitched neatly. Not ideal for regular work or stitching purpose.

It’s a good for the price. I brought it for my Mom, it is very good for basic stitching. I like the way it as two ways to run the motor.

Very easy and convenient to use……beginner friendly along with it works very smoothly. Amazing product.

Good product … Useful for minor sewing purposes (not useful for bulk stitching) although continuous use cause heating up of machine … Every 15-20 min need to stop and then resume after 10 min… But warranty card not given along with product

This machine really works good for small repair of clothes and stitchings. Small in size, easily manageable and handy for households.
