There is no point of contact to convey issues. I tried it after the return window was closed and given whatsapp number for complaints is not responding and there is no human contact point. All info is through IVRs only. My machine is not at all working, it is getting stuck and making noise when on/off button is pressed

This seems to be a mini machine.some trouble shooting problems.company is not responding.we requested for a technician visit to explain n sort out.company refused.they use chatbots to complain n they don’t understand head or tail of our complaint.after sales service is very poor.not recommended.better buy some other brand.stiching gives knots each time.we are sick of dealing with robo chats.only with keeping in a show case Asa show case item.
