Gas stove was delivered in its own box with a plastic wrap around it. There was no Amazon packaging still product was is in good condition without and kind of damage.
Gas stove is of medium weight with steady base. Installation of gas stove was easy; no rocket science. It is looking good on the kitchen slab. Efficiency of this type of burner is not calculated yet but flames all 3 burner is steady with blue colour. Only a minor problem which I have observed is that on smallest and largest burner for first 20-30 seconds flame is not coming out of burner’s outermost holes. Overall I am satisfied with my new buner. 1 star is reduced only due to no Amazon packaging and burner’s first 20-30 seconds performance.

I bought a 3 burner falcon on May 2nd. The black coating on the burner stand (all of them) is wearing off when exposed to flame (high temperatures) & is turning white. The small stand caught fire, & after dousing it, we can see the outer black coat wearing off (again), & the real color of the metal inside showing up. The product otherwise is fine. Once the coating wears off, we can feel the roughness of the base metal. What’s the material used here? Please arrange for replacing the 3 burner stands + the small/ mini one. Thank you.

The sleek steel model is very rare in current market. Thank you for this design.. The model is too good. Those who are looking for stainless steel stove yet stylish to fit it in their modern kitchen, guys you can simply go for this stove..

I brought this product about 3 months back, 1st I had a problem of uncontrolled flames of orange colour which were blackening utensils. I complained to customer care and it took about 10 days for the technician to arrive. He did some partial work and blamed the thing on the gas cylinder.
About 15 days back one of the on-off switch came out, the red flame problem still persists and one of the burners has become too slow hence useless, I have complained to customer care on 29th May and today is 14th June but no one has turned up yet.
Actually there is no service centre set up. The company has tied up with local gas stove repairers in every some cities and I’m not taking about any small city I’m talking about Mumbai. The person who had come to attend the 1st complaint was not a technician but a local stove repairer who had never seen this product earlier.
All in all take this product on your own risk, it just looks good in images, no quality, no service.

I recently bought the Sunshine 4 Burner Gas Stove, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. The four burners are spaced well, so I can cook multiple things at the same time without any crowding. The design is sleek, with a toughened glass top that looks really nice in my kitchen and is super easy to clean. The burners give a strong, even flame, which has made cooking much quicker for me. It does have manual ignition, so I use a lighter, and I noticed the knobs are a little stiff, but nothing too serious. Overall, it feels like a solid, value-for-money product, and I’m glad I chose it.
