Please note that while the product is amazing, it will need conversion of the nozzle for use with piped gas. For that you will have to call the customer care of sunflame and the technician will charge 350 rs. Else you won’t see any flame.

The flames are perfect .Heat level can be increased or decreased very easily .Size is just perfect for my kitchen and very durable .

Dear customer don’t buy this product, it is hundred percent chance to you get a defective product. I bought this product and received a defective gas stove which t-point is leakage. Don’t believe in warranty given in this product it is only deceive the customer. It is needless to say waste of money on this product.

I had planned to buy the glass stove , but after many -ve feedbacks from my friends I decided to go for steel 4 burner stove. After researching many brands, chose Sunflame. Stove is good and easy to use.
Needs regular cleaning. Burner turns black after long use, i think this is expected. I have been using it for 4 years now , and not faced any issues as such. Only thing is my maid spoiled the plastic knobs by keeping a hot tawa on top of it.
I dont know if I can replace them.
My opinion is, if they replace the knobs with some other material, it would prevent from these issues.
Overall, the product is very good.

The stove arrived undamaged, with no bent corners, although the four legs were slightly loose and could be easily tightened by hand.
Registering the warranty was a bit tricky as the model number and serial number were hard to find. The model number wasn’t clearly stated, and the serial number was stamped on the back in a way that made it difficult to read. It would be better if this info was easier to locate and mentioned in the instructions.
Overall, the Sunflame Optra is a stylish and functional gas stove. The rotatable gas connection at the back adds convenience, making it easy to set up. With a 2-year guarantee and the option for an extended warranty, this stove is a reliable choice for any home chef.
