Flames comes out of knob. SMALL BURNER NOT PROPERLY GIVES FLAME. REPEATED CLEANING REQUIRED WITHIN A SPAN OF 1 YEAR 3 SERVICING NEEDED. After sell service extremely poor. Though within warranty period charged service charge. All possible document shown to service engineer but still not agreed. Old invoice was not available from Amazon.

Product seems good except that steel plate near knob is not pasted so finish looks different than in photo

This is one of the worst gas stove in the market. After 1 year of usage glass top of the stove broke and I have been trying to contact the customer care but they don’t listen to complaint of the customer. Warranty means nothing for this as glass top has a different warranty than whole product and glass top warranty is only written in warranty card so if you have lost it they will charge you loads of money to repair it and they will never come to repair it. It’s been 3 weeks of calling them endlessly to no avail. Worst service from Sunflame. I advise people to buy from another company as Sunflame clearly doesn’t care for its customers. This company deserves 0 rating.

The product is nice but the only problem is that flame of two burners are not up to the mark (giving low flame ) and need to be fixed
